Harry Blake is an award-winning composer, lyricist and sound designer for film and live performance. He is Cameron Mackintosh Resident Composer at West Yorkshire Playhouse. Forthcoming projects include composing a new version of The Beggar’s Opera for Storyhouse Chester and performing his live score for The Snow Child at Lincoln Centre, New York.

Harry was the first composer appointed to the OLD VIC 12 and is winner of both the Craig Barbour Award for Composition (Soho Theatre) and the Musical Theatre Network Award (Edinburgh 2014). He was recently made an associate of the Royal Academy of Music (ARAM) and is one half of the award-winning cabaret act HOUSE OF BLAKEWELL.
